By accessing or using Go Pablo (“Service”), operated by Grenier Agency Inc. (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Go Pablo is an AI-powered SaaS platform that generates project plans, roadmaps, tasks, and artifacts based on user-provided descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist users in project planning and management.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion.
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including project plans, descriptions, and uploaded files.
Our Platform: The Go Pablo platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding (including the Pablo cat mascot), is the intellectual property of Grenier Agency Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI is provided “as-is”. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use AI-generated content for your business purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use in production environments.
You may delete your account at any time from within the application settings. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
